Software

This project has produced several important new R packages:

• CIDnetworks, a flexible R package for modeling single social networks using the framework of Conditionally Independent Dyad (CID) models.
• HLSM, an R package for fitting a hierarchical latent space model to an ensemble of networks, in order to model internvention and other covariate effects across many partially exchangeable networks.
• MMSBM with Covariates is a collection of research-level R and C++ code for fitting mixed-membership stochastic block models for binary ties, with additional covariates on the logit scale.
